How can I change the regulation of the rotor

Just loose the upper screw from the rotor, move it to a more close or open descenter position, then thight it till the screw get finishes it`s way and give a little touch (please don´t over force it)

The motors have a lifetime of 3000 hours, the durabilty will depend on how much you use the machine.

Should I run the machine Clockwise or counter clockwise?

Mostly I recomend Clockwise, but using it counter clockwise wont affect the durability. I will difer that counter clockwise is a little softer so it depends on the Tattoo Artist preference.

Usually we ship as soon as possible, but at most it will be between two and five days to go to the post office.
